Maryland Divorce Lawyer
In Lukat v. Lukat, 319 A.2d 818 Md.App.,(1974) the court stated that wife’s filing of suit for divorce on grounds of desertion prompted by November 19, 1970 separation, and her husband’s answer thereto, did not show “conclusively” that the parties were not living voluntarily separate and apart; rather, it was simply another circumstance tending to negative the suggestion of voluntariness, i. e., some evidence but not necessarily conclusive evidence.
